Padel

Crowborough Tennis and Squash Club

Padel tennis is the fastest growing racket sport in the World. A fun, energetic blend of tennis and squash. Padel is new to Crowborough in October 2023. Our state of the art new courts were open by Town Mayor Matthew Street and are already generating huge interest.

Padel uses a smaller bat and lighter ball and promotes longer rallies. The back and rear side walls come into play allowing a different dynamic to play.

Teams

Padel is new to the club and one of the fastest growing sports in the country. In the near future we will be developping teams and looking for inter-club opportunities within Sussex and The Weald.

Padel Teams

Padel is a fast growing but still relatively new sport in Sussex. Only a handful of clubs are offering Padel, with more joining all the time. In time there will be opportunities for inter-club play and a Sussex League will be formed. We’ll keep you up to date with progress as it happens.

All Padel coaching is provided by CTA Sussex. CTA are celebrating their 10th year as our coaching partners. CTA Sussex offer coaching for all ages and all abilities, from absolute beginners to perfomance players.
